Ok, I haven't written in a while, as holiday season has kept me SOOOOO busy.... Between shopping, working and keeping my shit together (not to mention an awful flu), time to write has been very scarce...
During the past weeks, a lot has happened... First and foremost, my little angel, my niece Charlie-Anne turned 1 on the 12th of December. On the 16th, the whole family (mom, dad, JJ, Cat, and Karinne's family ) congregated at Marc's and Karinne's appartment for her first ever birthday party.... Cousins Jacob and Noemie were there to share in the fun... She had a mountain of gifts, and sadly, her favorite one was.... MINE, of course.... I bought her this little shopping cart for kids, to help her learn to walk, and a Tigger toy that plays music and that she can unbuild and rebuild... She adored the shopping cart... I loved watching her run around behind it....
As for work, it was super busy for a while, then died down just before holidays.. We had a good exchange of gifts between us, and i got a bottle of Jack Daniels from Jean-Francois...
Now, tomorrow, i'm waking up early and going to my friends' Mathieu's and Lucas's house to eat breakfast and exchange gifts between us three and Annie, Lucas' girlfriend... Then, it's back to my place for a day of wrapping and resting, and then back to their place for supper...
Christmas day will be spent at mom's opening gifts (many of which will be for Charlie-Anne, as this year is her real first Christmas), so it should be fun....
